Manoj Pipersania was born on November 1, 1979, in Jaipur, Rajasthan. His ancestral roots trace back to the historic town of Mauranipur (Jhansi, Bundelkhand). In 1976, his family relocated to Jaipur following his father Shri Shyam Manohar Piparsania's career appointment as a Manufacturing Chemist. His mother is Smt. Geeta Gupta, originally from Dabra (M.P.), and he is married to Mrs. Neha Pipersania, who hails from Gwalior (M.P.).
A Mining Engineer by qualification from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur (Class of 2002) and holding an advanced Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Information Technology, Manoj brings over twenty five years of extensive IT consulting experience in various capacities requiring account management, client partnering, project management, business analysis, and deep technical expertise.
Manoj's core motto is "Business Automation"—empowering businesses to increase ROI, Productivity, Speed, Reliability, and Control through modern technology. गहोई समाज के काछिल गोत्र और पिपरसानिया आंकना से संबंध रखने वाले मनोज जी का पैतृक संबंध बुंदेलखंड के मऊरानीपुर से रहा। पूज्य पिता श्री श्याम मनोहर पिपरसानिया (मैन्युफैक्चरिंग केमिस्ट) के 1976 में जयपुर आगमन के उपरांत उनकी स्कूली शिक्षा जयपुर में हुई। पूज्या माताजी श्रीमती गीता गुप्ता (डबरा) और धर्मपत्नी श्रीमती नेहा पिपरसानिया (ग्वालियर) के संबल के साथ उन्होंने राजस्थान के शीर्ष संस्थान MBM इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज, जोधपुर (2002 बैच - माइनिंग इंजीनियरिंग) से B.E. एवं तत्पश्चात M.Tech in IT की प्रतिष्ठित उच्च उपाधि अर्जित की।
Belonging to the Kachil Gotra and Piparsania Aankna with roots in Mauranipur, his family settled in Jaipur in 1976 following his father Shri Shyam Manohar Piparsania's chemist profession. Supported by his mother Smt. Geeta Gupta (Dabra) and his wife Mrs. Neha Pipersania (Gwalior), he completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur (2002) and accomplished an advanced Master of Technology (M.Tech) in IT.

इंजीनियरिंग के उपरांत उन्होंने 7 वर्षों तक संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका (USA) में रहते हुए EDS (Electronic Data Systems) और United HealthCare जैसे वैश्विक फॉर्च्यून दिग्गजों के साथ वरिष्ठ तकनीकी पदों पर कार्य किया। 2005 में SoftServ की स्थापना और 2012 में प्राइवेट लिमिटेड में रूपांतरण के बाद, 2014 के आरंभ में नौकरी त्यागकर अप्रैल 2014 में वे स्थायी रूप से भारत लौट आए और SoftServ को नई ऊंचाइयों पर पहुंचाया।
Post-engineering, he spent seven years in the United States driving technology solutions for Fortune corporations including Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and United HealthCare. Having founded SoftServ in 2005 and incorporated it in 2012, he took the decisive entrepreneurial step in early 2014, returning permanently to India in April 2014 to expand SoftServ into a globally recognized technology partner.
